Delivery Costs and Timeframes (in-stock items)
- Riga — €5.00. Delivery is carried out on the same day or the next business day after payment is received.
- Latvia — up to €50.00. The cost depends on your location, as well as the size and weight of the item. Delivery is made within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Europe — delivery costs and timeframes are agreed individually.
Delivery costs and timeframes for pre-order items are agreed individually.
Delivery may be carried out by courier or via parcel lockers/postal services, depending on the item and delivery location.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
For distance purchases (online, by phone, email, etc.), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email: info@electricdrive.lv or Andrej.StarsMB@gmail.com, or via the contact form on our website.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
The returned goods must be kept in proper condition. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as well as in other cases defined by applicable laws.
Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If the goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, the consumer has the right to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund in accordance with European Union and Latvian consumer protection laws.
A 2-year legal guarantee applies to consumer goods. Any defects should be reported as soon as possible, typically within 2 months of discovering the issue.
